The Company refers to HolidayLet.online which is the trading name of Roger Schmid Consultancy.

The Host refers to The Holiday Let owner.

The company agrees to sublet an area of space on its server for the purpose of renting a unique website to the host.

The company will build the website using information that the host provides.

The company offers for sale the use of that website for the period specified.

The host agrees to only use data that the host is permitted  and has permission to display as governed by relevant laws.

The host agrees to observe all copyright laws relating to images uploaded.

The host agrees to indemnify the company against all claims of copyright infringement or defamation.

We reserve the right to close the website immediately at any time and for any reason .

Payment must be made by bank Direct Debit 30 days in advance of services been accepted and made available.

Availability begins at the date that the website has been accepted by the host.

The host may cancel the contract with a 30 day notice period.
